Adopt an Elder

Young Israel is eager to be engaged with all groups within our kehilla family population.

At this time we seek volunteers to reach out and be of assistance to one senior in one or more of four different ways:

• Place a regular weekly call to “check in” and ascertain that everything is as expected
• Visit with some regularity as appropriate
• Occasionally assist with shopping or with transportation to/from medical appointments
• Be a Shabbos morning walking partner to and from shul
