Congressman Frank believes that improving access to affordable health care is a critical component of improving the nation's economy. Universal access to affordable health care is the top item on his health agenda.

Michael Capuano U.S. Representative Michael E. Capuano has represented the 8th District since 1988. Preserving and expanding access to quality health care is a top priority for Congressman Capuano. As a founder and co-chair of the Congressional Community Health Centers Caucus, he is fighting to expand funding for the nation's health centers, which provide cost-effective health care in neighborhoods that are traditionally underserved by the health care system.
